The work
Energy projects move from incomplete early information to long-lived physical assets. Good people are comfortable improving evidence, challenging assumptions and taking responsibility for the consequences of a decision.
Engineering capability
Electrical, mechanical, civil, controls, power systems, project management and commissioning disciplines may become relevant as projects require them.
Commercial capability
Customers, contracts, tariffs, financing, procurement, cost and risk need people who can connect commercial terms with technical reality.
HSE and environmental capability
Safety and environmental decisions need competent specialists with enough authority to influence design and delivery.
Operations capability
Maintenance, asset performance, monitoring, spares and field response determine whether a completed project continues to serve its purpose.
