Partnerships

Energy infrastructure is delivered through clear interfaces between capable organisations.

Azari Energy may work with technology providers, contractors, developers, customers, financiers, advisers, authorities and local stakeholders where their roles fit a project.

Energy infrastructure partnership and project delivery context.

Why partnerships matter

No single organisation controls every part of an energy project. Specialist capability can improve technology selection, construction, financing and operations.

Define the role

A credible partnership begins with clarity about who contributes capital, technology, development rights, construction, operations, customers or another capability.

Due diligence

Legal standing, technical competence, financial capacity, HSE performance, integrity and sanctions exposure may all be relevant depending on the role.

Commercial alignment

Payment, warranties, liability, intellectual property, performance obligations and change mechanisms should be understood before a partner becomes a critical dependency.

Project interfaces

Engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations often cross organisational boundaries. Interface ownership needs to be explicit.

Group-company boundaries

An introduction through Azari Holdings or Azari Capital does not remove Azari Energy’s responsibility to assess technical and project fit.
