A concept needs a location, energy need, preliminary technical response, development rights and an initial view of counterparties before it can become a credible project.
Development milestones
Site control, studies, permits, interconnection, environmental work, customer agreements and engineering should mature in an order that protects capital from avoidable dead ends.
Cost and schedule maturity
Early estimates carry uncertainty. Scope definition, market testing and engineering should improve confidence before major commitments are made.
Financing fit
Debt, equity, customer funding, vendor structures and other financing forms have different risk allocation and information requirements.
Azari Capital boundary
Azari Capital may evaluate qualifying energy or infrastructure investments under its own investment process. Azari Energy remains responsible for sector development and technical evidence.
