Project Development Approach
Move from concept to decision through evidence, not momentum.
Azari Energy organises development around stage-specific questions so technical, commercial, environmental and delivery risks become clearer before commitment increases.

Screen the opportunity
Confirm the energy need, location, development rights, likely technology, customer context and obvious fatal flaws before expensive work begins.
Establish the technical basis
Resource, load, network, site, concept design and equipment assumptions need enough evidence to support a realistic scope.
Develop the commercial case
Tariff, offtake, costs, procurement, financing, taxes and currency exposure should be tested together rather than in separate spreadsheets.
Progress approvals and safeguards
Permits, environmental and social requirements, land matters and stakeholder interfaces can control schedule and need early ownership.
Prepare delivery
Contracting strategy, long-lead equipment, construction access, commissioning and interface management should be planned before mobilisation.
Decision gates
Each stage should state what has been proven, what remains uncertain and what evidence is required before more capital is committed.
Hand over to operations
Operating manuals, spares, training, warranties, asset data and performance baselines should be developed as part of project delivery, not assembled after commissioning.
